Approach

Leadership can be viewed as a combination of craftsmanship and a reflection of the managers values and beliefs, ambitions and personality. A competent leader should not only know the “managerial toolbox” – setting the direction with clear goals, KPIs, visions and strategies etc. – but also be capable of motivating and creating the best possible environment for the team to flourish and perform individually as well as together.

The craftsmanship can relatively easy be learned. However, developing your personal skills, emotional intelligence and thinking-patterns takes endurance and repetitive action when it comes to notable and sustainable improvements.

Change is inevitable, whether in the form of new technology, shifting social norms, or unexpected life events. Recognizing this and having the ability to change perspective, strategies and actions accordingly, is what allows people to thrive in uncertain environments reaching ambitious goals. Privately as well as professionally.

There is a Danish saying that “you can’t see the forest for the trees”. Meaning that sometimes you need to rise above your immediate concerns and challenges, gaining a broader and more holistic view to obtain clarity and find new solutions and ways to pursue.

Just like ascending the “Skovtårn” in southern Denmark with its stunning 360-degree view, coaching provides a unique experience out of your daily comfort zone. Leading you to see your personal and professional landscape from new heights.

My method involves a gradual, reflective process where you start from within, exploring your core values and your own “forest” of thoughts, beliefs and experiences. With each session, you will obtain new insights and tools to move forward. And as you progress, you will gain a broader perspective. My goal is to guide you to the pinnacle of your potential, providing a transformative experience that mirrors the inspiring ascent of the “Skovtårn”.
